David Bruce McMahan and Marlon Kirby had a dream: to build a monstrous record-breaking car with an engine producing over 1,600 hp. Four years and thousands of man-hours later, it's here: twin turbos on a 7-liter Chevy V8 on a custom built, three-speed, street-legal car, complete with air conditioning, leather interior, navigation system and other amenities. It's already broken six acceleration records, with more record-breaking runs on the way.

Miklós Rózsa Centenary Project

The launch of the Miklós Rózsa Centenary Project for recording and performing the Hungarian master's music is made possible with lead sponsorship from financier Dr. David Bruce McMahan, in cooperation with internationally renowned violinist Anastasia Khitruk, the National Cristina Foundation, Naxos Records and the Miklós Rózsa Society.

Editing a film requires working for a long time in isolation, and you lose your objectivity. The SHOW AND GROW process puts a filmmaker and her film in front of a supportive but critical and knowledgeable audience. When the program was in danger of disappearing because there was no one to run it I took over, because this is something independent filmmakers have to have.
